Reporting to: Cluster Transformation Lead, North America
Salary: $120,000-150,000/year: 10% Bonus Potential

Job Summary
As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for the local project plans and managing the associated workstream leads involved in the implementation of a global HRIS solution throughout North America. This project will deliver standardized HRIS, time & attendance, and payroll to 16,000 associates across 78 locations. You will work with a 3rd party implementation partner to ensure plan deliverables stay on track. You will have management / ownership of risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies and project governance; reporting out to senior Global and North America leadership.
We are looking for a leader with strong planning, writing, communication, and follow up skills with a track record of positive impact across multiple business units. The leader in this role will create plans, processes and procedures that will drive business results and positively impact our organization’s engagement and productivity.
Job requires up to 50% travel.
Employee may also be responsible for performing other job duties occasionally as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Tracking of costs (with global and North America Finance)
- Value tracking of benefits (working with vendor value team and Global Program Manager)
- Report on progress and escalations to global Program Management
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
- Maintain milestone tracking, Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies (RAID) log
- Master owner and oversee the project plan for North America, recommend course corrections, as appropriate
- Codify lessons learned and feed into global program
- Day to day working and coordination with 3rd party implementation partner
- Governance: run NOAM Steerco, organize working groups, coordinate reporting and escalations
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to travel as needed (including international)
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or SCRUM certification preferred
