The Role: This role will be a strategic partner to the revenue organization, enabling teams to identify and track key performance indicators. You will own and analyze our revenue data, empowering VergeSense to make data-driven business decisions. This role will fully own our reporting tech stack, driving visibility into our marketing & sales funnel, surfacing data to understand our ROI, and helping us accelerate our velocity. This highly visible role will be pivotal in owning and driving the business intelligence strategy at VergeSense and will have an immediate impact on day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Become the expert and internal advisor for VergeSense operational data
• Define standard reporting, monitor performance, and forecast results for business reviews and planning
• Deliver and maintain scalable/self-service KPI dashboards for all revenue teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment and clarity around metrics
• Build impact and modeling tools for the revenue teams to prioritize projects and inform strategy
• Own the analysis of data throughout the go-to-market life cycle and advise on trends or areas of opportunity to drive revenue
• Owner of the BI tooling for the revenue organization, driving strategy and infrastructure for how teams consume and leverage data

What You’ll Need:

• 3-5 years of experience in Go-To-Market operations or analytics
• A demonstrated ability to work and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate to expert SQL experience required
• Proficiency in our tool stack - Salesforce, Snowflake, Segment, Hex
• Comfortable in analyzing and visualizing data in Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce, and BI tools (Sisense,Hex, etc.)
