About The Right Team Member

This person will be responsible for project completion using an internal customer perspective, typically from initiation through delivery. This team member will coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.

About The Role

• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of the projects assigned
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• All other related duties as assigned
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Create and maintain project documentation
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks

Skills & Experience

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills through critical thinking
• Proven ability to demonstrate a drive for results and accountability of business needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong aptitude for emotional intelligence.
• Flexible and adaptable to change
• Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business objective
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
• Experience with implementation of a SaaS product, ideally with Enterprise and Strategic Accounts
• Strong relationship building skills
• 1-3 years of formal project management experience
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies a plus
• PMP Certification, or other relevant certification preferred but not required

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.

The base salary range for this position in the United States is $72,600 to $80,000. The total compensation package for this position may also include performance bonus, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
