You will be responsible for overseeing the analytics function and managing a team of skilled data analysts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop analytics strategies, and provide actionable insights to drive performance and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to uncover insights and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead a team of data analysts to support business units and stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and implement data-driven initiatives, including predictive analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Define analytics goals and strategies in alignment with overall business objectives.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics dashboards to measure business performance and identify trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and data management.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and deliver insights that support informed decision-making.

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Proven experience as an Analytics Manager or similar role, with a focus on driving data-driven decision-making.
• Experience in data manipulation, cleansing, and transformation.
• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
