Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will drive the innovation roadmap and commercial success of Spring Health's suite of behavioral health provider platforms, including the Compass electronic health record.

What you'll be doing:

  • Partner with the executive team to develop and implement a strategy and business plan delivering market-leading provider satisfaction, efficiency, quality, and profitable growth for Spring Health's provider-facing solutions
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of product initiatives, using data-driven insights to inform decisions and optimize results
  • Partner with clinical affairs, provider operations, and clinical operations to integrate clinical understanding, provider efficiency, patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance into the provider experience and roadmap
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to leverage Spring Health platforms to expand the provider network and create new business opportunities
  • Be responsible for the end-to-end P&L performance of a new, flagship product for the behavioral health practice space
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
  • Lead cross-functional teams of product managers, data scientists, marketers, designers, and engineers to achieve rapid innovation, solution differentiation, and commercial success
  • Cultivate a high-performing product team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth

What we expect from you:

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform both product and commercial decisions
  • Demonstrated commitment to cultivating an environment of safety, trust, and inclusion and building diverse, thriving teams
  • Experience in mental health, electronic health records, provider-facing technology, or digital helpful but not required
  • 5+ years of leadership experience building and empowering high-performing teams
  • A self starter who thrives when given autonomy, with aptitude and desire to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • 8+ years of experience spanning strategy, go-to-market, product, and/or general management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful products in the healthcare, consumer products, or technology industries
  • Strong commercial acumen, informing all priorities and decisions with a keen understanding of market needs and business goals
  • The executive presence and aptitude to accurately represent the Product team and Spring Health overall to internal and external stakeholders

The target salary range for this position is $230,000 - 305,6000, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually at minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
