Vp, Client Services Jobs

As one of our VP Client Services working out of our New York location, you will build and lead a portfolio of clients delivering minimum $5MM revenue income and 20% profitability per year.

In support of achieving this you will:

- Live our Agency values: Generosity of Spirit, Work Smart and Learn for Your Life.

- Deliver the highest level of client satisfaction and commercial control across your accounts.

- Understand and champion O3: Stein IAS’ proprietary strategic, creative and digital-first GTM process.

- Lead pitches for new business and grow your account group organically.

- Positively manage the talent development of the colleagues on your team, as well as the wider strategic client services team where appropriate, through coaching, mentoring and positive leadership.
