The Vice President, Product Operations will be responsible for robust and innovative commerce product operations for direct-to-consumer global product offerings.


Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To


  • Be an unrelenting advocate for the customer while developing a culture emphasizing the use of experimentation and user research.
  • Develop operational and process talent across various levels of the team. Encouraging collaboration, communication, curiosity, and critical thinking resulting in a high-performance program and process team working across the organization
  • Coordinate governance, senior stakeholder/executive management, and transformation & change across direct-to-consumer Products.
  • Promote a highly collaborative, innovative, customer-centric, data-driven culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thoughts, experiences, and approaches to solve issues.
  • Work with other product leaders to develop consistent processes and tooling to define and track success metrics.
  • Conduct product portfolio commercial analysis and impact in coordination with the rest of the product team leadership.
  • Partner with Technology and workstream Delivery teams on development processes, long term capex and resource allocation, demand & capacity management, product portfolio commercial analysis & impact.
  • Define, develop & deliver global product operational strategies to deliver future growth in Streaming across multiple domestic and international territories.
  • Act as a thought leader identifying best in class practices and bring them to the broader product team across the Direct-to-Consumer organization.
  • Drive appropriate level of uniformity in processes and decision making across the organization.
  • Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with global senior leadership and stakeholders - advocate and champion strategy, team, and process.
  • Optimize product operational processes, tooling, roadmaps, and prioritization rubrics to allow teams to move and iterate quickly.


Qualifications


Required Qualifications:


  • Minimum 7 years of demonstrable experience in product operations, with global senior leadership experience within a large organization focused on product operations for OTT businesses.

  • Proven and recognized thought leader in product operations who anticipates industry trends and operational excellence. Extensive experience defining and delivering competitive product operational strategies.
  • Expert in current and future global digital product management and design trends.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across businesses.
  • Direct budgeting experience in a product environment with a demonstrated record of accomplishment of expertly managing costs and deliverables without sacrificing quality.
  • Relevant experience in large global matrixed organizations that employ the latest technologies in creating competitive digital content and innovative user experiences.
  • Proven executive presence with outstanding verbal and written skills, strategic capabilities, effective collaborator, and superior influencing skills.
  • Extensive experience navigating complex customer, industry, and stakeholder dynamics and developing innovative product processes to drive global business results.
  • Be an inspirational leader for best-in-class product talent in an innovative, fast-moving environment.
  • Influential leadership, strong motivator, and ability to manage through change.
  • Demonstrated record of accomplishment of success in forging and developing excellent relationships with key clients and stakeholders (e.g., Peacock, Sky).
