About The Role


The VP, Client Success will have a passion for digital healthcare and thrive in a fast-paced team environment. They will be focused on hiring, mentoring and leading a team of Program Implementation and Account Managers whose focus is to deliver exceptional client service to pharmaceutical manufacturer partners, and their business constituents, via GoodRx.com . The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset and help move the business forward with their initiative and sharp attention to detail. Their effective leadership will foster an environment focused on excellence, client loyalty, and cross functional teamwork.


The role will support the Manufacturer Solutions commercial sales team, will successfully lead the team through a high-growth period, and focus on fostering a loyal fan base of clients as we work to better serve patients and healthcare providers. This position will require occasional travel.


Responsibilities


  • Apply corporate mission and goals to team member specific tasks, KPIs and deliverables
  • Enable and promote cross-functional teamwork focused on outcomes
  • Bring voice of customer feedback to product strategy and roadmap
  • Develop a thorough understanding of GoodRx products and service offerings for pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Lead the team in effective and timely implementation of all new customer engagements
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify performance trends, upsell, and generate growth opportunities within key accounts
  • Extract insights and recommendations from analyses to drive awareness, access and adherence among target audiences
  • Establish strategic plans for Client Success and align client/agency objectives with Goodrx corporate strategy.
  • Lead the development and delivery of quarterly business reviews for clients
  • Understand and develop ROI metrics to drive client satisfaction
  • Establish and maintain processes for reporting on the health of the business to executive leadership


Skills & Qualifications


  • 12+ years of professional experience as a leader within customer success
  • Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, high emotional intelligence and sharp attention to detail
  • The willingness and ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Proficient with CRM software, GSuite, and project management software
  • 5+ years of professional leadership experience working with pharma manufacturers
  • Proven team leader with a positive attitude who adapts easily to a fast-paced, high-growth and external-facing environment


Compensation decisions are determined using a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, and education or certifications. If we extend an offer for employment, we will consider all individual qualifications. Below are our salary ranges for this position based on office location:


New York City Office: $200,000 - $321,000
