JOB PURPOSE
The purpose of this role is to work alongside the Senior Manager of Client Engagement and the rest of the Client Engagement team to manage various projects and to support business development across the region. Additionally, the Manager will develop relationships with the regional CE team, store teams, UK corporate headquarters, training, retail operations, customer insights, marketing, merchandising and allocations to help the CE team achieve sales, KPIs and service targets. They will assist in developing, managing and executing all client related activities in the Americas, ranging from commercial animations to highly personalized, elevated top client experiences.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver daily support to Senior Manager and Director of Client Engagement
• Work alongside Senior Manager to create proposals and execute experiences that drive both acquisition and retention of top clients for the Americas (US, Canada, Brazil and Mexico)
• Proactively work with the regions to build a well thought out calendar of activations for the region, taking into consideration prior year’s calendar of activities and results
• Oversee all instore activations within region, including tracking of requests, coordination with Events team, confirmation of schedules, and post-event recaps
• Oversee relations with key procurement vendors, reviewing store caps and adjusting budget as needed
• Support Client Engagement Coordinator on event coordination, including but not limited to venue research and outreach, sales recapping and communication of deadline expectations and follow-up with regional markets
• Source and negotiate agreements with multitude of external vendors, partners and agencies
• Manage overall gifting program: ordering of client gifts through central, allocating quantities to regions alongside CRM Manager, and overseeing CE Assistant / Coordinator when packing and shipping to teams and logging in necessary systems
• Develop close relationship with global headquarters to advocate region’s needs, collaborate on event execution to adhere to brand guidelines and communicate regularly on regional plans and results
• Work closely with CRM team to understand stores’ performance in retention at various client tiers to devise strategies to reach customer targets
• Build relationships with cross-functional partners and external vendors to facilitate day-to-day tasks and ensure commercial success

SKILLS
• Microsoft Excel Proficiency

- Expected base salary for the role will generally be between $100,000.00 and $110,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
- This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
