- Stay apprised of client meetings and ongoing activities, keeping up to date on the advisor’s priorities and projects, goals, and timelines and what he wants/needs to do with each on an ongoing basis so that you can process, schedule, and oversee projects
- Ensure the office runs smoothly by maintaining supply levels and coordinating repairs and maintenance, as well as general upkeep of a tidy environment
- Open new client accounts and provide input to the advisor on adding account functionality
- Respond to, complete, and follow up on client requests
- Create and follow up on CRM tasks
- Intake, screen, organize and process all that you are able, focus the advisor’s attention on the items that require his personal attention, and ensure that all activities are captured, scheduled, and completed
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/ad hoc client reporting
- Scan and electronically file client documents within a paperless office
- Create and maintain client and prospect records using CRM system; use the CRM system efficiently to maintain client information and tasks
- Warmly greet clients joining us at our office or calling us on the telephone
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of firm/industry trends by regularly reading communications from RIA/broker-dealer, as well as industry publications
- Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

- Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing role is required
