About You
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Client Success Managers, committed to providing strong customer service and strategic planning to our college partners. As our client’s main point of contact, CSM’s are responsible for understanding their specific needs, strategizing best options, and rolling out plans in collaboration with the Enrollment Marketing department. Utilizing Liaison’s enrollment marketing software, the CSM team launch these college marketing initiatives which may include print, email, and digital ads.
This position requires a talented individual that excels across multiple functions including relationship building, strategic consulting, project management and delegation, and data-driven decision-making.
This is a remote position based out of our Poughkeepsie, NY office. Travel may be required as we try to connect with clients on campus whenever possible (about 5%).The annual compensation for this position (salary + commission) is in the range of $65,000 - $75,000 plus benefits and unlimited PTO.
The Day-to-Day
- Maintain understanding of higher education trends and industry overall
- Launch campaigns and review performance metrics to benchmark
- Deliver high-level customer experience and manage client relationships
- Partner with Project Management team on designated tasks
- Ensure the successful operations of client accounts
- Stay up to date with Liaison products and offerings
- Identify upsell opportunities and assist with contract renewals
- Review and update client billing/invoicing as needed
- Lead client meetings and manage customer expectations
- Assist in trainings, process/procedures updates, and provide additional team support as needed
- Review and approve all client marketing campaigns
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree
- Ability to learn software and technology quickly
- Willingness to take initiative, think critically, and improve upon processes
- Track record of successfully managing multiple priorities and maintaining high quality results
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in account management or client facing position
Useful Experiences
- Knowledge of higher education market
- Understanding of marketing strategy and communications flow
- Experience with project management software or marketing platforms
