Title: Senior Scheduler

Location: Remote
Duration: Long Term Contract
Position Description
Support Scheduling activities for a complex project including maintaining a baseline schedule, status, critical path analysis, resource analysis.

• Perform deliverable and milestone revisions to the schedule as required by Change Requests and/or contractual customer mandates.
• Synchronize and coordinate with budgeting team to insure that PMB milestones are in alignment.
• Support production of Program Control deliverables and work products.

Required Skills

• Demonstrates analytic ability to evaluate programmatic data, resolve inconsistencies and propose solutions to project issues
• Strong background in Earned Value Management, Project Controls, Project Management, planning and scheduling techniques, and cost control
• Must be able to clear a DoD clearance
• 5+ years Scheduling experience (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera)
• Federal experience
• Must be able to develop, maintain and analyze integrated master schedule of moderate size and complexity
• Strong knowledge of MS Office tool suite
• Minimum Education: Bachelors Degree in a recognized technical, engineering, scientific, managerial, business, or other discipline related to area of expertise. An additional four (4) years of relevant experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills
Expert level experience using MS Project (preferred), Open Plan or Primavera; MPM (preferred)
Strong oral and written communication skills
DoD experience
Familiar with Navy and/or DoD IT architectures
Software development project experience
Strong resource management skills
PMP, EVP, PSP
Provide Primary Job Duties

Effectively participate in planning meetings and communicate Scheduling issues to project team members.
Activities may include develop, maintain, analyze & status schedules, resource analysis, critical path analysis, work authorization, baseline change requests, variance analysis.
Provide assistance to Control Account Managers in development of scope, schedule and budget for control accounts.
