Castle Connolly Top Doctors® is the healthcare industry’s leading doctor ratings and research company and a subsidiary of Everyday Health Group. Castle Connolly is looking for a high-performing and driven individual to join our Sales Department. The Sales Representative, Physician Partnerships will report directly to the Senior Manager, Physician Partnerships. The candidate will sell integrated packages to doctors, marketing professionals and practice managers who are part of the Castle Connolly Top Doctors database.


This role will be responsible for working within the Sales organization to maximize revenue and exceed individual and team goals, leveraging sales products such as print/digital media, content marketing platforms, lead generation and custom products. Responsibilities include but are not limited to generating leads, closing new business and developing strategic integrated proposals.


The Sales Representative, Physician Partnerships will be a key member of a small but growing team. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organized, detail-oriented, high-performing and willing to pick up the phone and connect with physicians and practices around the country.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Utilize CRM tool for record keeping and account information sharing
  • Collaborate with other departments including research and marketing
  • Contribute to new product development ideas and execution
  • Perform ongoing competitive analysis and benchmarking
  • Optimize existing and past relationships to maximize revenue
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, both internally and to clients
  • Achieve/exceed established sales targets
  • Identify and secure opportunities for new business
  • Work across the organization to develop strategic, integrated proposals


Job Qualifications:


  • Ability to work effectively and in fast-paced environment
  • Responds well under pressure with ability to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
  • 1-3 years of proven sales experience and success, ideally with previous exposure to the healthcare industry and/or providers
  • Self-starter who can develop and execute integrated sales plans
  • Knowledge and experience with Salesforce platform a plus
  • Ability to organize and maintain many accounts, while providing outstanding customer service
  • Must have prior direct sales experience
  • Knowledge and experience in working with Microsoft Office suite products
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
