Your Mission


On the phone: You will leverage your exceptional skillset to change the lives of the Pyx Health users. You are a maven on the phone with a unique ability to get members excited about the amazing services Pyx Health has to offer to combat the effects of loneliness.

How You Will Do It


On a day-to-day basis, you will be the voice of Pyx Health with our members. Your every interaction by phone will define whether our members' experience is life changing. Your goal each day will be to enroll members who will use the Pyx Health application and benefit from interactions with the Andy's to improve on their wellness journey.


At this stage in our growth, our processes are constantly changing. Pyx's Enrollment specialist role will demand flexibility and the ability to adapt as our processes change. You have a unique opportunity to think outside the box and have a strategic influence on how we engage our users and improve adoption.

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position requiring flexibility and rotating weekend hours. You will need to have at least one year of experience in a customer-facing role. Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Access to reliable Wi-Fi from home in order to accommodate any work from home needs.


The Day to Day


  • Demonstrate empathy with our users who are on a healthcare journey.
  • Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource.
  • Meet established call volume quotas daily.
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
  • Gather user feedback and disseminate amongst the team.
  • Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
  • Engage with our customers to answer questions and solve problems related to the Pyx Health app.
  • Complete outbound phone calls to targeted users to engage them and help them adopt the Pyx Health platform. Generate customer interest in the company's products or services


Work at home employees are required to establish a designated home workspace. The workspace must be a location free from any background noise or distractions such as, but not limited to, people, pets, traffic, or music.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
