Your Mission
- Demonstrate empathy with our users who are on a healthcare journey.
- Manage and update customer databases with notes for each customer.
- Identify and escalate priority issues and route calls to appropriate resource.
- Meet established call volume quotas daily.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Provide personalized customer service by responding to the needs of customers
- Gather user feedback and disseminate amongst the team.
- Document and report on customer feedback to improve the customer experience
- Engage with our customers to answer questions and solve problems related to the Pyx Health app.
- Complete outbound phone calls to targeted users to engage them and help them adopt the Pyx Health platform. Generate customer interest in the company's products or services
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Exceptional interpersonal and rapport building skills
- Operational Detail. You understand the importance of following a process and checking your work to ensure it is complete and correct.
- A patient and empathetic attitude
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Calm Under Pressure. You leverage your array of talents by calmly defusing difficult situations and speaking with customers that are looking for a trusted friend.
- Skills and Knowledge
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Troubleshooting skills, either basic or advanced, depending on the role and industry
- We Hear You Smiling. You answer the phone with a smile, ready to handle whatever the customer needs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Speed. You are a quick starter and can jump into new environments without much ramp up.
- Bi-lingual is a plus
