Remote Customer Service/Call Center Representative ($17.49 / Hour)

Job Duties

• Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
• Identify additional customer needs and help them upgrade products or services
• 80% of calls are inbound re-enrollments or people aging into the program, 30% are outbound based on expressed interest
• Assist individuals in understanding their coverages and selecting the right products, services, and solutions
• No cold calls
• Provide full lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound and outbound calls

Requirements

• Current health insurance license in your state of residence
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum six (6) months of sales experience
• Computer savvy
• Strong customer service orientation
• High-speed internet access (>15 mbps)

Additional Information

• Post-training schedule will include an 8-hour shift assigned between 6am and 2am (CST) based on candidate availability
• Shifts are available 7 days per week with overtime opportunities
• Training will be held from 8am-4:30pm either CST or EST, lasting 2-4 weeks depending on the client program
