Virtual Assistant - Adult Content Specialist (Contractor)

Position Overview:

HerlCo Marketing LLC is seeking a skilled and responsible Virtual Assistant to support our adult content marketing operations on OnlyFans. As a contractor, you will play a vital role in managing our adult content account, creating scheduled posts, and organizing content folders by categories. The ideal candidate should be familiar with adult content guidelines and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

OnlyFans Content Management:

• Ensure posts align with the content strategy and adhere to the company's guidelines.
• Implement relevant hashtags and keywords to optimize content visibility where needed.
• Create engaging and visually appealing scheduled posts on OnlyFans.

Mass Messaging and Audience Engagement:

• Draft and schedule mass messages to subscribers on OnlyFans to promote new content or offers.
• Generate 30 days of scheduled content allowing a time to optimize content creation and ideation.

Content Categorization and Organization:

• Organize adult content files into categorized folders to ensure easy access and efficient content management both on OnlyFans and Dropbox.
• Ensure proper naming conventions and metadata to facilitate content searchability.

Compliance and Privacy:

• Handle sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality and privacy of data.
• Ensure that all content posted is compliant with the platform's rules and regulations.
• Maintain a strong understanding of OnlyFans policies and guidelines for adult content.

Content Planning and Scheduling:

• Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum audience engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.

Requirements:

Adult Content Experience:

• Demonstrable experience in working with adult content, particularly on platforms like OnlyFans.
• Familiarity with the adult industry's regulations and compliance standards.

Strong Organizational Skills:

• Proven ability to organize content effectively, implement naming conventions, and manage files systematically.

Tech-Savvy:

• Proficiency in using scheduling tools, communication platforms, and content management systems.
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing tools is a plus.

Excellent Communication:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Clear and professional communication skills to interact with subscribers and the marketing team.
