What does the role do? In this role, you will serve as a face of Vesta Techniek to our customers, working with multiple vendors and coordinating various administrative activities for customers on a daily basis. Things like helping new customers (medical providers) onboard to our services, applying your learnings from previous days to answer customer and vendor needs thoroughly, and communicating professionally and efficiently via phone and email. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute a portfolio of regional, virtual, and lifelong learning engagement programs which support alumni and donor engagement with the College
• Oversee of the biennial Hall of Fame inductions, including management of selection committee
• Lead athletics’ affinity programming and awards
• Provide data and analytics support for alumni and donor relations, with particular focus on regional and virtual programs
• Design and deliver meaningful opportunities for engagement for alumni athletes in partnership with Athletics and Recreation, including the annual Fall Athletics Reunion
• Travel to Florida annually for the swimming and diving even

Minimum Qualifications:

• Three years or more of relevant work experience
• Champions diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Adaptable to changing environments and situations
• Strong interpersonal versatility skills for building relationships with campus partners, alumni, and outside constituents
• An equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Professionalism with multiple constituents
• Independent self-starter with developed problem solving skills
• Planning and organizing skills; strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university
