Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the executive's behalf.


As a General Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to clients from various industries. You will work remotely and be part of a team that values your skills and personality. Furthermore, you will have access to training and development programs that will help you improve your skills and reach your full potential. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.


Responsibilities

  • Create presentations, documents and reports
  • Be available to assist clients in different time zones
  • Answer phone calls, manage email correspondence and schedule appointments
  • Assist in developing and implementing company policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining and managing calendars, travel arrangements, hotel bookings, etc.
  • Scheduling and attending meetings
  • Assist clients with various administrative tasks such as data entry and document preparation conduct research on various topics
  • Manage social media accounts


Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Go-getter, can-do attitude, operating effectively and efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
