Job Description
Title: Virtual Assistant


Location: 100% Remote


Status: 10 hours per week


  • 3 months to start with opportunity to be ongoing if mutually agreed upon


Hourly Range: $20 - $30 per hour commensurate with experience


Reports To: Founder of Non-Profit


We are a Water Polo Team in need of a Virtual Assistant (club team mom). The company is a youth sports club with age groups 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U water polo teams, and is founded by a new father, to a baby girl. This role will support the administrative tasks of the founder.


Duties


  • Send weekly club wide email "weekly update" detailing practice schedule & any changes
  • Maintain website content
  • Confirm Coach availability for practices & games weekly
  • Reach out to families with incomplete registrations and help guide them through the process.
  • Maintain/update Teamsnap calendars for practices, games and events
  • Create Flyers & Teamsnap registrations for Club events/new seasons etc...
  • Respond to parent email inquiries
  • Plan/Organize team travel to tournaments (Hotels, Rosters, Parent waivers etc...)
