Solid understanding of people-centered user experience and interaction patterns

Direct experience teaching students Algebra 1, Algebra 2 and/or Geometry in grades 8-12

A track record of teaching and facilitating engaging and high-quality learning experiences for secondary students in the content area

Experience instilling students with a sense of ownership over their learning

Experience finding innovative ways to address unexpected challenges

Experience providing outcomes-based actionable feedback that helps students improve their engagement, learning and motivation

Familiarity with accessibility standards and how to design inclusive learning experiences for all learners
