Virtual Assistant (Music Industry)

Join our team and gain valuable experience as a virtual assistant in the music industry. As a virtual assistant, you will support our clients by providing a wide range of services. You will act as a single point of contact for other virtual assistants when necessary, and may serve as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or administrative assistant. This is a contract position available to candidates who reside and are eligible to work in the USA.

Qualifications

Core Skills:

• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Associates degree or some college preferred
• Strong knowledge of support functions in the music, entertainment, or related industries
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a focus on social media, scheduling, booking engagements, inbound/outbound marketing, expense tracking, website management, blog support, content creation, and travel planning
• Proficiency in technology, including Windows and Mac platforms

Specialized Skills

• Marketing expertise
• Internet marketing, including email and forum management
• Web design and social media proficiency
• IT support and web maintenance (Wordpress, SquareSpace, etc.)

Working Conditions

• Must have a dedicated workstation in a room with a door to minimize distractions
• Babysitting services can be arranged if necessary to ensure focused attention to detail

This is an independent contractor position, and compensation is based on a per client basis.
