They harness the power of data, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics to personalize treatment plans, enhance patient outcomes, and drive healthcare innovation. Their wearable device is equipped with four sensors that measure, monitor and analyse bio-signals to provide personalized recommendations. By developing digital biomarkers and therapeutics they are looking to bring objective measurement and data to health management. The mission is to empower healthcare providers and patients with the tools they need to make informed decisions, ultimately transforming the way healthcare is delivered.
My client are seeking an accomplished and visionary Vice President (VP) of Sales and Growth to lead the sales efforts and drive expansion in the rapidly evolving digital precision medicine landscape. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a dynamic leader, and a results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or life sciences industry.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize target markets for digital therapeutics adoption.
- Manage sales budgets and performance metrics.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Implement efficient sales processes and tools.
- Foster strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and industry stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Identify opportunities for new product development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Proven experience in sales leadership roles within the life sciences or digital health industry.
- Strong understanding of digital precision medicine and the broader healthcare ecosystem.
