What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:
📞You will be working as a senior leader, responsible for leading the North America Credit and Collections Practice across the Sigma Group. You will be introducing strategic products and services, both nationally and internationally, to support the long-term vision and financial performance of the company. You will conduct assessments for ongoing client needs, for the development and improvement of services across all clients over and above the standard client offering, which drives Sigma Connected into a whole league of it’s own. You will ensure that Sigma Connected becomes a strong presence within the insurance industry, and stays that way. You will create client roadmaps with the Exec team and SLT to evolve the business over a 3-year planning horizon. You will keep up to date with industry-relevant legislation that has an impact on products, services, key accounts and executive relationships. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the company, as well as other departments, to develop business and product strategies. You will drive deals to closure, but be confident to walk away from deals which will not benefit Sigma.
What Amazing People Will Bring to the Role:
🤩 You have a minimum of 10 years at senior management level within the collections sector, and strong P&L management and execution experience. You are highly strategic with extensive collections sector knowledge and experience. You are confident in your ability to steer and influence at the most senior level, and have exceptional stakeholder and networking skills which allow you to create opportunities and convert into sales. You have a strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting and business operations, and an evident competency in strategic planning and execution. Your organisational and leadership abilities are second to none, and you are skilled in your decision making and problem solving. You radiate our business ethic and values, and have a deep understanding of the NAM and global collections and recoveries markets, regulation, opportunities and challenges. You are goal orientated and have a passion to be a part of what makes Sigma excel in it’s field.
