Job Description

& Essential Functions of the Vice President of Rental Staging

: In conjunction with the US team, this position is responsible for creating and executing effective GTM strategies to promote our products and services in North America in high-end concert touring and corporate markets, as well as accounts in virtual production industries.

This role supervises the R&S KAMs, working with territory sales team to achieve sales quota for high-end R&S and virtual production, and stays informed of industry trends and competitor actions to provide feedback and assist in creating regular reports.

Essential Functions:

  • Product and solution advocate. Lead relationships with key accounts, and bring the opportunities to sales team.
  • Performs all other duties assigned to them of which the employee is capable of performing.
  • Well-connected in Tier 1 R&S accounts especially with decision-makers and key influencers.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in R&S emerging verticals such as VR studios and film but also in traditional concert touring and corporate markets, providing market insights to US sales and marketing departments.
  • Monthly and quarterly report of R&S market summary.
  • Host R&S clients to visit HQ and factory in China.
  • Participate in marketing events such as seminars and trade shows to capture brand awareness.
  • Gather feedback through field activity and transfer the feedback to appropriate company staff. This includes sales, marketing, product management, and R&D departments.

Competencies:

  • Excellent client orientation around problem-solving and delivering solutions.
  • Leadership experiences.
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong technical background with hands-on experience on LED display and related peripheral equipment and understands Nova-star and Brompton software in and out.
  • Teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in a high-pressure environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to lift up to 20lbs consecutively.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above with a major in Engineering, Business Administration, or Business Management.
  • Sales, Engineering, or Project Management background in the LED industry.

Work Location:

  • Remote

Travel Requirements:

  • May be required to work overtime and flexible hours on an as-needed basis.
  • May be required to travel throughout the year for business meetings, tradeshows, training, demos, and other business-related events (35%)
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
