Job Description

This role is responsible for the leadership of Modivcare’s Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) Care Center, including the Care Center, Cost of Services, Workforce, Case Manager Services, Welcome Team, and Client Services.
You will...
  • Update and improve protocols to ensure RPM clients and customers receive the best, most efficient service.
  • Lead the strategy and administration of Care Center, Cost of Services, Workforce, Case Manager Services, Welcome Team, and Client Services.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships to support departmental and operational function and financial goals.
  • Drive efficiencies and quality in monitoring operations.
  • Advise management in monitoring progress and operational opportunities.
  • Develop and manage annual budget for the department and perform periodic cost and productivity analyses.
  • Establish and implement short and long-range departmental goals, objectives and operating procedures.
  • Assist with business strategic planning and leads organizational design to support present and future RPM strategy.
  • Coordinate program management strategy to mitigate negative downstream impact and maximize conversion of program opportunity.

  • 7-10 years of related professional experience
  • Process improvement skills and experience
  • Understanding of the dynamics of change management
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Salary: $180,000 - $230,000/annually
