Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Fraud Practice Team
Responsibilities
Ø Execute short cycle diagnostic projects
Ø Assist in the sales cycle process by responding to proposals and helping build award winning solutions
Ø Driving transformations for internal and external clients.
Ø Help implement digital assets
Ø Infuse external breathing by conducting primary and secondary research on relevant topics
Ø Create & update fraud collaterals - build on knowledge base of fraud practices
o Creating new case studies
o Updating Schema
o Updating capability decks
Ø Drive SEP Benchmarking framework and draw insights
Ø Generate impact through Operational Excellence frameworks like CMP
Ø Evangelize the solution and work along with the delivery teams to implement and strengthen the value proposition
Ø Evaluate new tools and platforms to optimize the process / service line. This includes exploring partnership opportunities, structuring strategic alliances and keeping a pulse on competitor solutions
Ø Identify performance bottlenecks in the process and recommend technology led interventions that can be introduced
Ø Participate in the presales process including but not limited to RFP/RFI responses, POC management, bid management, price management and overall deal solutioning
Ø Create technical design and functional documentation for incumbent solutions created
Ø Develop training & modify fraud domain training content for agent training
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
Essential
Ø Deep expertise in Fraud Operations/Strategy and Risk Management role.
Ø Ability to build deep client partnerships
Ø Intellectual horsepower
Ø Commercial Savvy
Ø Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at CXO level
Ø Ability to influence multiple internal stakeholders
Ø Ability to work in an ambiguous environment
Ø Energy/Hunger for driving Growth.
Ø Graduate/Post Graduate in Statistics / Economics or MBA – Finance with experience in Consumer / Retail banking vertical.
Ø Good Communication Skills.
Ø Self Starter / Extremely self motivated and ability to work independently.
Ø Deep Domain Fraud experience
Ø Exposure to Lean Six Sigma
Ø Strong Communication and Presentation skills
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal / Communication Skills/ Clear Thinker /Team Player
- Strong hand on knowledge Fraud operations/strategy essential.
- Ability to work in diverse environment and deal with ambiguity.
“The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.”
