About The Role


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Operations to lead, grow, and optimize our operations at knk. The ideal candidate will be able to empower and mentor team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and professional development in addition to driving efficiency and excellence across multiple departments.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF A Knk VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS


  • Create an environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and individual ownership while promoting a sense of unity and shared purpose.
  • Encourage customer-centric thinking and inspire teams to go the extra mile in delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Identify, recommend, and implement new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Identifies training needs and ensures proper training is developed and provided.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in operations management.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Empower project teams to take ownership of their work, fostering an environment of accountability and achievement.
  • Establish processes to gather customer feedback and insights, translating them into actionable improvements.
  • Champion a spirit of teamwork and collaboration across departments, driving cross functional projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and implement career development pathways for team members to ensure their growth and advancement within the organization.
  • Provide visionary leadership, setting strategic goals, and translating them into actionable plans across multiple departments.

  • Proven track record of leadership and success in managing operations within the professional service/software industry.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong strategic thinking and the ability to translate business goals into operational plans.
  • Applicants must have authorization to work in the US/North America.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Demonstrated experience in team management, fostering collaboration, and driving performance.
  • Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost management.

  • An all-purpose PTO policy which can be used for holidays, vacations, sickness, injury, and personal time off. In total 32 PTO days (256 hours) per calendar year with a 9-day (72 hours) carryforward policy.
