Job Summary

Ops VP needed for for growing orginization primarily focused on heavy industrial products for a variety of industries. The VP strategically directs the functions of manufacturing, production, purchasing, sales, planning and execution in a job shop environment. Responsibilities

• Improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Establish performance KPIs that connect with strategic goals
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives for manufacturing operations
• Manage budgets and forecasts

Qualifications

• Experience level: Executive
• Education: Bachelors (required)
• Minimum 15 years of experience
