As an Administrative Assistant...
In this role, you'll work closely with our CTO, CFO, and other members of our Management team, offering professional administrative support within a collaborative, team-oriented atmosphere. Please note: Previous experience in an Administrative role within a Digital/Website Agency is strongly preferred for this position. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may not be able to respond to unqualified candidates.
Responsibilities
Contribute to our ongoing quest to make the company even more awesome by establishing repeatable success and happiness patterns.
Manage various reports and data sources using Google Sheets.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding logistics.
Maintain executive and company calendars, scheduling meetings as needed.
Source and procure products and services.
Take detailed notes during calls and assist with follow-up tasks.
Handle customer service interactions, including scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Coordinate travel arrangements, book transportation, and create associated travel itineraries.
About Compensation & Requirements
This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $39,100-$47,950, which is flexible based on your experience and geographic location. While it's a 100% remote role, you must be based in the US or Canada and eligible to work there.
Requirements
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience as an administrative assistant (2-5+ years).
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in administering and coordinating distributed project teams.
Demonstrated commitment to learning, enhancing work processes, and delivering high-quality work on time.
Ability to effectively manage multiple, often competing, priorities.
Strong problem-solving skills, intelligence, initiative, and composure under pressure.
Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Sheets.
Fluent in English.
Passion for the web, open-source development, and collaborating with a team of fun individuals with a great sense of humor!
