Theo is a fast-growing performance media agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. We help local and national brands across a wide range of industries advance their marketing practices through methodical, creative, and technology-driven marketing activations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the agency; communicate client expectations and make sure they are defined and documented to internal teams. 
  • Act as one of the points of contact for a client, respond in a timely fashion and ensure they are aware of relevant project updates. 
  • Collaborate with media, UX, SEO, content and analytics teams to develop a data-driven strategy to help clients meet their business objectives.
  • Understand client business and marketing objectives and ensure the client's needs and requirements are represented during strategy and planning formation. 
  • Assist with weekly client status meetings. 
  • Review all client deliverables and assist with media trafficking, planning and proofing
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Help manage key client accounts and develop strong client relationships built around proactive insight sharing and project management.
  • Schedule client and internal meetings, record notes, and manage follow-ups. Ensure client deliverables are tracked in agency PM software. 
  • Work with internal teams to create and manage campaign timelines with clear milestones and deliverables. 
  • Assist with internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met. 
  • Work with Analyst and Digital Media teams to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues.
  • Help manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. Identify any potential issues and ensure expectations are clear, realistic, and communicated. 
  • Understand agency services and key responsibilities for each cross-functional team member. 


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital media, advertising, or marketing. 
  • Ability to understand the dynamics of a client’s business and the sector in which it operates. 
  • Strategic, problem-solving and the ability to manage deadlines
