Operations Manager
A great opportunity has arisen for an A+ Operations Coordinator to join our team. You will be working closely with the team members, ensuring tasks get done in a timely manner and holding everyone accountable to deadlines as we work towards scaling towards a positive
predictive monthly business revenue. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of operational tasks and work diligently and calmly under pressure. This person will have a high degree of attention to detail and discretion, contribute to a healthy and efficient team culture and be data-driven for improvements and decisions. This person will enjoy taking the vision from the CEO, organizing it into projects and tasks and coordinating the efforts of the team to make it happen.
Responsibilities:
- Review data and numbers to inform of improvements and decisions within the business
- Fill in the gaps for project management as necessary
- Ensure excellence is reached on a consistent basis in each department based on measuring and managing our process efficiency.
- Create, audit, train, and modify processes for projects, teams, and systems with the help of team leads
- Be able to identify additional needs for the team in tools, resources, and additional hires
- Identify, define, and solve bottlenecks in the business process in a timely and efficient manner
- Run weekly meetings with the team leads to oversee their progress on their 90-day goals
