Curriculum And Research Team Coordinator

Position Summary:

As the Curriculum & Research Team Coordinator, you will assist with the general operations of the content and research department. You will support the entire team across Research, Curriculum and Professional Development. Responsibilities include closing tickets for Professional Development and working with the product team to get assets for updating professional development. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Professional Development and grow into learning how to and delivering professional development training sessions. This person will be working on alignments, and coordinating content delivery, proposals and conferences with marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Content Manager with managing the content development process of multiple projects.

• Assist Senior Director of Research with creating surveys, collecting, and analyzing qualitative data.

• Assist the Vice President of Research and Content with product data analyses.

• Assist Senior Manager of Professional Development with training scripts and collection of monthly trainer feedback and analysis.

• Support the Senior Manager of Professional Development with delivering live training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Graduate Degree in Education

• 2+ years work experience in research

• Classroom experience a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Proactive and able to work independently
