We’re looking for experienced e-commerce, digital, retail, and technical experts to join us at the start of our U.S. launch!

English and Mandarin bilinguals are preferred for this particular role (other roles not required)
Responsibilities:
Project Management Support:
- Utilize Salesforce, Hubspot or similar tools to keep project-related data up-to-date and accessible for analysis.
- Prepare and maintain project-related documents, such as project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor project progress, track milestones, and address potential issues.
- Assist the North American General Manager in the follow-up and coordination of internal projects to ensure timely completion and successful outcomes.
Business Operations:
- Support the North American General Manager in various business operations, including salesforce management, progress tracking, and document preparation.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assist in decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with different teams to optimize processes and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders using Excel, Google Slides, and Docs.
Marketing Initiative Support:
- Facilitate communication between the marketing team and other departments to ensure smooth coordination.
- Coordinate marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables to meet campaign objectives.
- Proactively follow up on marketing tasks, ensuring timely completion and alignment with marketing strategies.
- Organize and assist in the execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.
Procurement and Admin Work for Internal System Accounts Management:
- Assist in managing internal system accounts, ensuring proper access and user permissions.
- Handle procurement tasks, including contract signing, purchase orders, and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Slides, and Google Docs for data analysis and report preparation.
- Fluent in English (For this role, Mandarin bilingual is a strong-preference)
- Proven experience in project management, business support, or relevant roles within the ecommerce industry.
- Basic understanding of account management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle management and working with Key Account (KA)/Enterprise customers.
- Detail-oriented and capable of delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting or a related field.
