Marketing Project Coordinator (Remote)

Our Loews Hotels & Co Home Office teams provide support to all our properties throughout the United States and Canada. Our talented teams provide guidance over strategic planning, operations, revenue management, communications, marketing, finance, human resources, and information technology. This position is based at the Loews Hotels & Co Business Services Center in Franklin, TN.

• Please note that this is a fully remote role and location flexibility is offered for this position.**

Position Purpose

The Marketing Project Coordinator role is responsible for assisting and coordinating the tactics involved in implementing and executing the strategic marketing plans established by the Director of Hotel Marketing Strategy (DOHMS) and the Directors of Sales & Marketing at the individual properties. Reporting to the DOHMS the Marketing Project Coordinator will support and collaborate with defined hotels in the portfolio and own the deadlines and materials due with regards to CRM, Digital, PR, Advertising and eCommerce.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Own tasks related to top line revenue growth supporting the Sales and Marketing plans
• Work with our In house design studio to create property specific collateral
• A true taskmaster supporting both the Director of Hotel Marketing Strategy and the Hotel Marketing Manager with a keen eye on meeting deadlines
• Ad hoc projects as requested by DOHMS to support the hotels’ success
• Ensure the hotels’ online presence is optimized and make suggestions for best practices
• Collaborate on content ideation for use on CRM, Digital, social and other channels
• Research potential partnerships for specific hotel programming
• Close collaboration with Hotel DOSMs, Area PR Directors, and Digital/CRM team to achieve property specific goals
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives as outlined in the hotels’ Sales and Marketing plans
• Assist in compiling monthly reporting/commercial plans including success metrics and comprehensive notes
• Compile data on comp set helping glean important insights
• Maintain a comprehensive marketing calendar comprising various disciplines
• Help create synergies within the hotels to achieve marketing objectives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred in marketing, advertising and/or communication
• Highly detail oriented with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
• Experience writing copy that aligns with brand and property strategies/needs
• Regular attendance in accordance with Company guidelines
• Advanced Skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Two to three years of marketing experience, preferably in the hospitality sector
