We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator I. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful launch and execution of client campaigns and new products.

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up and Project Management: You will closely monitor project timelines and deliverables, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time. You will be responsible for tracking project progress, identifying potential bottlenecks, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Client Communication and Collaboration: As a Project Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the campaign launch process. You will effectively communicate project updates and complete the approval process.
• Quality Assurance: You will conduct thorough quality checks and audits to ensure that all campaign elements meet the established standards and specifications. This includes reviewing marketing materials, campaign assets, and ensuring accuracy and consistency across all deliverables.
• Organize and Coordinate Client Campaigns: You will be responsible for coordinating the launch of client campaigns by working closely with the marketing team, client success managers, and our clients. You will ensure that all necessary resources, including content, design assets, and marketing materials, are prepared and available for the campaign launch.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with various internal teams, including marketing, client success managers, creative teams, and technical personnel, to align resources, streamline processes, and execute campaigns effectively. You will facilitate communication and foster a cooperative work environment to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and strategies.
• Proven experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
