Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Center of Excellence (COE) System Analyst will maintain and provide support for our newly implemented Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS). This role will be responsible for continuously monitoring system functionality and performance, promptly responding to and resolving system issues, and managing escalations to HRIS and vendor contacts as needed. This role requires an effective combination of analytical, mechanical, interpersonal, communication and decision-making skills.
Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
  • Serve as primary point of contact for ATS regarding system changes and partner with TA Center of Excellence to make decisions
  • Create process documents of system procedures, and continually update and maintain documentation of any changes
  • Provide customer service to Recruiters, TA Managers, and HR Business Partners. Assist end users with systems issues and monitor ATS support email to ensure requests/issues are being resolved in a timely manner
  • Help maintain data integrity in system by running queries and analyzing data
  • Communicate outages to field and work with vendors for resolution timelines
  • Provide assessment and evaluation of TA processes and provide recommendations on enhancements using technology to achieve operational excellence
  • Participate in configuration testing on an ongoing basis when applicable
  • Create and maintain requisition templates in system for position advertisement; continuously audit and review req template library
  • Perform other similar and related duties as required
  • Provide support for a variety of reports or queries using appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of new reports for ongoing customer needs
  • Maintain and support Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), including researching and resolving issues or process errors and recommending solutions
  • Support field and new user training as needed
  • Provide new company acquisition support pertaining to ATS
  • Create presentation decks (PPT) for leadership review
Required Skills And Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition or HR role, with 1-2+ years of HR system administration experience
  • A positive attitude with an earnest interest in learning and growing
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with prior experience in a position requiring communication with a broad and diverse audience
  • This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Administration, HR Management, or HRIS Information Systems
  • Functional understanding of ATS design, structure, and processes including data flow
  • In depth understanding of Talent Acquisition processes required
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills required
  • Integrity, humility, critical thinking skills and a high degree of initiative
  • Must be detail oriented and able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Able to work under pressure / multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite, applicant tracking systems (iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, Brass Ring, etc)
Preferred Skills And Experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and HR Systems desired
  • Understanding HR employee life cycle (recruiting, HRIS, terminations, benefits, etc.) is a plus
