We are searching for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team located at our headquarters in Lake Forest, IL (Hybrid, 3 days in the office).
Your Role:
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for effectively managing all aspects of the recruiting process for all HOURLY employees within our plant locations. This position will be responsible for executing the recruiting strategy and managing a team of approximately 8+ FTE and contract recruiters and coordinators. You will have the opportunity to:
- Provide expertise on all facets of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition process, and the candidate experience.
- Uphold Talent Acquisition team’s mission to provide expert recruitment services to attract, select and retain top quality candidates, on demand and on budget to support RCP’s Strategic Plan.
- Provide functional/operational guidance through planning, organizing and controlling the activities of the hourly Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.
- Serve as a functional resource for recruiting team members, ensuring their understanding and compliance with all Talent Acquisition team and corporate policies, procedures, processes and regulations.
- Manage and maintain departmental reports.
- Plan, organize, and manage all activities of the Talent Acquisition team.
- Manage recruitment effort for all HOURLY roles.
- Advise management of potential problem areas and recommend/implement solutions as appropriate.
- Listen, Learn and Evolve to recommend new approaches, procedures, and vendors to support continuous improvement.
- Manage vendor and agency partnerships.

We need you to have:
- Knowledge of applicable state, federal, local employment labor laws and regulations
- 5+ years leadership experience
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 7+ years of professional and progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- Prior team management experience combined with a proven track record of developing, coaching and mentoring direct reports
Icing on the cake:
- MBA or other advanced degree a plus
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (CareerBuilder a plus)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment a plus
