Key Responsibilities
- Continually assess and evaluate recruitment practices, policies and systems to ensure the delivery of outstanding recruitment support across the country
- Help drive and embed United’s Inclusion and Diversity strategies and tactics to ensure all searches proactively get in touch with and include a diverse candidate slate
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with HRBPS and leaders in the operation, collaborating and advising to ensure recruitment needs are strategically planned and exceptionally implemented
- Apply and leverage HR/TA data and metrics to guide decision making and drive efficiencies across United's TA processes
- Manage United’s engagement with our recruitment outsourcing partner/vendor including planning and forecasting of hiring needs across operational roles, analyzing and proactively proposing additional staffing needs to support hiring demands, identify trainings and onboarding needs to ensure vendors are delivering quality engagements and consistently delivering recruiting needs
- Serve as an ambassador and champion for positive change throughout the TA organization
- Serve as an active, highly participative member of the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications
What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
- Experience partnering with leaders on strategic and effective recruitment practices Ability to help hiring managers realistically assess future hiring needs to ensure proactive staffing strategies and protocols
- Reliable, punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or a related field
- Experience working on a hard-working Talent Acquisition team
- Experience working with or leading recruitment outsourcing partners
- Experience working with organizations using outstanding recruitment processes and protocols
- 5+ years of HR / TA related experience in large, sophisticated, multi-facility organizations with a minimum of 2 years of relevant recruitment experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
- Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
- Experience working in a high volume recruitment environment
- 2+ years of experience with recruitment outsourcing vendors
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial or Labor Relations, or related field
