Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Team Lead is a player/coach that will assist a small team in bringing in the top candidates for The Place by promoting our brand, values, and culture. Supervise activities to attract and evaluate diverse candidates for open positions through implementing a diverse sourcing strategy contributing to pro-active talent management using a combination of talent branding, external search, direct sourcing, online postings, referrals, social media, internal talent mining, and other relevant methods. This role will report to the Chief People Officer.
What You Will Do:
- Lead recruiting efforts for Board Certified Behavior Analyst positions
- Provide creative solutions to complex situations and operational problems
- Establish and maintain University and Community relationships and partnerships
- Ensure team members have development plans in place and provide consistent performance feedback necessary to be successful and grow professionally
- Participates in the onboarding of new hires and performs exit interviews
- Develops, reviews, and approves job advertisements, screen applications, and resumes
- Oversee recruiter weekly production and ensure they are meeting their goals
- Review, evolve, and document recruiting processes
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Organize and attends hiring events, career fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities
- Other duties as assigned
- Ensure compliance with all laws, company policies, and procedures
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and innovative sourcing techniques
- Provide regular reporting for key recruiting metrics
- Maintain our Company profiles on social media and job boards, optimizing our employment branding
- Owns applicant tracking technology, ensuring it supports our preferred employment branding, is streamlined, and is fully developed for maximum efficiency
What Will Set You Apart:
- Project management experience with recruitment programs
- 2+ years’ experience recruiting in Healthcare, ABA or Behavioral Health
- Strong process improvement, organizational, and time management abilities
- 3+ years of experience demonstrated success in a competitive talent acquisition environment as a high-volume Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, and/or Talent Acquisition Team Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting recruitment targets
- Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software
- 2+ years leading a talent acquisition team, including in a hybrid environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, negotiating offers, and employment branding
- Understanding of selection methods and techniques
