Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in the Clean Energy movement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, the development of talent acquisition programs, and technical recruiting. As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to hiring and onboarding new employees. This is a permanent position that requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and high priority to those with Engineering and Technical Recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages
• Develop and implement programs to enhance the candidate experience and improve the overall recruitment process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and interviewing
• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
• Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and providing feedback to candidates
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition programs and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related field
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of technical recruiting and experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and OFCCP guidelines
