- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruiting and interviewing
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations
- Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting partners and vendors
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events
- Manage the interview process, including scheduling interviews, preparing interviewers, and providing feedback to candidates
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit with the company culture
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective talent acquisition programs and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or related field
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of technical recruiting and experience recruiting for engineering or technical roles
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including EEO and OFCCP guidelines
