Your Responsibilities


As a Program Administrator for Deere & Company World Headquarterslocated in Moline, Illinois, you will..


  • May participate in a variety of external recruiting events to support recruiting activities
  • Create and implement Returnship program
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, resources and processes for relevant stakeholders
  • Manage sourcing and recruiting efforts for part time students
  • Plan, coordinate and lead all activities for the annual summer intern program. Which may include, student housing, performance management administration, newsletters, end of session presentations and feedback surveys
  • Support strategic campus projects as assigned including DEI initiatives

What Skills You Need


  • 1-3 years Program Management, University Recruiting or HR process experience
  • Ability to manage time to support competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently to set and achieve goals
  • Previous experience with financial project budgeting
  • Experience with ATS systems (Eightfold, Success Factors)


What Makes You Stand Out


  • Previous college recruiting or intern support experience is a plus
  • Experience in applicant tracking systems or recruitment software such as Eightfold, Workday, Hand Shake, SuccessFactors or equivalent system
  • Previous experience in human resources with University Recruiting, CoOps, Internships and Returnships
  • Familiarity with OFCCP and other talent acquisition compliance regulations
  • Prior experience in directing, managing or leading teams


Education


Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:


  • University degree in business management, HR, or Marketing or equivalent experience.
