TA Program Manager (contract)
San Mateo, CA (remote considered)
This position is for a contract engagement through our staffing partner DZConneX (Yoh Services). The anticipated duration is 6 months.
About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Program Manager fuels excellence in delivery and execution for the Global Talent Acquisition organization. Partnering closely with internal teams, you will guide the success of TA programs such as Candidate Experience, Recruitment Marketing and Employer Brand, Employee Referrals, Playbook Development, Training Development, and more. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global TA Programs and Operations, this person will be tasked with reviewing program performance and providing recommendations to continually evolve. Some of the responsibilities include:
  • Designs future state processes including process improvement, redesign and transformation
  • Provide project management expertise including, workflows, timelines, documentation, updates, and governance.
  • Standardizes and leads global programs, policies, and processes.
  • Identifies areas of high risk and pro-actively takes actions to positively impact program and project outcomes.
  • Performs current state process mapping and documentation
Responsibilities:
  • Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, interventions, and initiatives for improvement
  • Responsible for orchestrating organizational change and upskilling aligned with each initiative
  • Act as a Recruiting subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge- taking a consultative and systematic approach to enable the organization to achieve measurable results
  • Ensure the organization is on pace to meet the year-end roadmap goals, providing frequent status updates to all stakeholders and adjusting the programmatic roadmap accordingly
  • Serve as the project manager responsible for driving execution against several key initiatives for the year in partnership with project team members
  • Project Management
Operations
  • Build, maintain, and catalog process documentation for enhancements, updates, and new tools
  • Manage escalations, enhancements, and backlog with People Technology Services team
  • Develop and implement trainings for talent acquisition team members for tech stack enhancements and continuous process improvements
  • Assist in implementation and rollout of new TA tools
  • Serve as designated escalation point for the Talent Acquisition COE within our employee ticketing system.
Basic Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience including strong program/project management skills with experience managing multiple projects through completion.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
Other Qualifications:
  • Operational skills with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team efficiencies.
  • Experience in the recruiting field.
  • Experience communicating across a diverse group of partners.
  • Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations.
  • Strong skills in recruiting operations management, project execution and strategy analysis.
  • Interpersonal skills with outstanding attention to detail and thorough follow-up.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Experience crafting Visio diagrams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Lucid Charts

At SIE, working with our partners, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the individual base pay range may vary based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

The estimated base pay range for this role is listed below, this is an hourly rate.
$65 — $75 USD
