We're looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own engineering recruiting initiatives in our San Francisco office. You will partner closely with hiring partners and across global offices on all aspects of the hiring strategy, owning full-cycle recruiting efforts and ensuring every hire is as exceptional as the last. This role is based in our San Francisco office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. Along with most Asanas, you’ll work from this office in person on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays and Fridays. If you're interviewing for this role, your Talent Acquisition Partner will share more about the in-office requirements.


What You’ll Achieve


  • Serve as a subject matter expert for hiring across multiple markets while driving talent strategies that build a diverse workforce & promote a culture of inclusion
  • Serve as a strategic hiring expert and partner for your team, hiring stakeholders, and office
  • Develop & leverage metrics to inform recruiting decisions, but not take that data alone at face value to determine actions
  • Develop a hiring strategy, including candidate assessment tools (interview guides, reference questions etc.) based on best practices that ensure efficient, effective and objective evaluation processes
  • When needed, challenge assumptions & influence hiring stakeholders to so an objective process is completed, and the best hire is made for the organization
  • Advise hiring partners on strategies to address talent gaps and future talent needs, through hiring
  • Design and execute a recruiting strategy, partnering with senior level engineering leaders
  • Help determine roles and scopes for a team given organizational objectives


About You


  • Experience with and appreciation for proactive candidate cultivation and relationship building with passive candidates over time
  • Comfortable with ambiguity; can create order out of uncertainty
  • Belief that recruiting is a partnership and that you serve as an extension of and partner to your hiring teams; not an "order-taker"
  • Analytical and data-driven
  • Full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally in-house at a tech company
  • Detail-oriented in approach to all tasks, whether mundane or mission critical
  • Demonstrated excellence and passion for candidate experience at each step of the recruiting process
  • Sense of urgency and ability to move quickly

Our comprehensive compensation package plays a big part in how we recognize you for the impact you have on our path to achieving our mission. We believe that compensation should be reflective of the value you create relative to the market value of your role. To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we're committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.


For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $133,000 - $169,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.


In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
