Position Overview: The role of SVP/VP of Strategic Partnerships reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). This pivotal position involves spearheading our expansion into the Multi-Family domain by leveraging your intricate knowledge of architectural and design landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Lead Generation: Drawing from your profound insights and industry connections, cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified leads to drive sales growth. Capitalize on your industry expertise to secure both immediate wins and long-term opportunities.
- Industry Representation: Emerge as a distinguished representative of our company, actively participating in industry events and forums. Your active involvement will underscore our stature as a prominent player in the multi-family sector.
- Negotiation and Contract Closure: Present project proposals and estimates to clients, expertly navigating negotiations to achieve successful contract closures. Your ability to articulate unique value propositions will play a pivotal role in securing strategic partnerships.
- Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate with other Premier Department Leaders to present holistic business propositions to clients. This collaborative approach will ensure maximum exposure to the comprehensive spectrum of Premier’s capabilities.
- Relationship Cultivation: Harness your extensive experience within the Architectural and Design sectors to cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with industry leaders to forge new partnerships and enhance existing connections, relying heavily on your experience in the Architectural and Design sectors to understand the needs of key stakeholders.
- Strategic Proposal Crafting: Take the lead in conceptualizing and crafting compelling customer proposals and presentations. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to synthesize inputs, ranging from cost estimates to project timelines, resulting in standout proposals.
- Strategic Planning and Branding: Develop and execute targeted strategies and marketing plans tailored to resonate within the Multi-Family sector. Your innovative approach will elevate our brand visibility and engagement with Multi-Family clients.
Requirements
- Thrive in an autonomous role, showcasing a self-motivated approach to surpassing objectives.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, will be regarded as a valuable asset.
- Be prepared for an estimated 50% travel commitment, fostering relationships and pursuing strategic business opportunities.
- Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate adept leadership skills, coupled with the capacity to guide and mentor a team.
- Exhibit a profound understanding of client needs and a knack for crafting persuasive value propositions. Your prowess in negotiation and contract finalization will be pivotal to your success.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sales roles within the Architectural and Design sectors. Your connections with C-Suite executives in architectural firms, design studios, and related entities will be instrumental.
