Our team of over 100 seasoned professionals excels at managing diverse projects, offering integrated solutions encompassing interior design, architecture, procurement, project management, contract administration, engineering, and construction & development services – all seamlessly under one roof.

Position Overview: The SVP/VP of Strategic Partnerships plays a central role in our expansion strategy, focusing on cultivating relationships and driving business growth within the hospitality sector. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), this position is instrumental in guiding our foray into the hospitality domain, capitalizing on your nuanced knowledge of architectural and design landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Industry Representation: Emerge as a distinguished representative of our company, actively participating in industry events and forums. Your active involvement will underscore our standing as a key player in the multi-family and hospitality sectors.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Leverage your extensive experience in the Architectural and Design sectors to forge and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers. Collaborate with industry leaders to establish fresh partnerships and fortify existing connections, leveraging your deep understanding of hospitality needs.
  • Strategic Proposal Development: Take the lead in conceptualizing and crafting compelling customer proposals and presentations. Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to synthesize inputs, encompassing cost estimates, project timelines, and more, resulting in persuasive proposals.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate harmoniously with other Premier Department Leaders to present comprehensive business propositions to clients. Your collaborative approach will ensure maximum exposure to Premier’s multifaceted capabilities.
  • Strategic Planning and Branding: Develop and execute targeted strategies and marketing plans tailored to resonate within the hospitality sector. Your innovative approach will enhance our brand's visibility and engagement with hospitality clients.
  • Strategic Lead Generation: Draw upon your profound insights and industry connections to cultivate a robust pipeline of qualified leads that drive sales growth. Utilize your industry expertise to secure both immediate wins and long-term opportunities.
  • Negotiation and Contract Closure: Present project proposals and estimates to clients, adeptly navigating negotiations for successful contract closures. Your ability to articulate distinctive value propositions will be pivotal in securing strategic partnerships.


Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic sales roles within the Architectural and Design sectors. Your connections with C-Suite executives in architectural firms, design studios, and related entities will be instrumental.
  • Be prepared for an estimated 50% travel commitment, fostering relationships and pursuing strategic business opportunities.
  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, ideally in Architecture, Design, or a related discipline. An advanced degree, such as an MBA, will be regarded as a valuable asset.
  • Thrive in an autonomous role, showcasing a self-motivated approach to surpassing objectives.
  • Exhibit a profound understanding of client needs and a knack for crafting persuasive value propositions. Your prowess in negotiation and contract finalization will be pivotal to your success.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Demonstrate adept leadership skills, coupled with the capacity to guide and mentor a team.
