What you will do:

VP of Growth Operations is responsible for analyzing and maintaining the sales pipeline to maximize efficiency in the organization’s growth process. VP of Growth Operations is responsible for developing and implementing more efficient processes to help the growth teams succeed in their goals. This role will work in collaboration with all stakeholders to build and accomplish defined OKR’s.

How you will make an impact:

• Strong senior leadership skills to evaluate ongoing Growth team performance and provide training and coaching as necessary
• Technology skills to implement and utilize CRM and database software tools in daily tasks
• Improve the coordination across growth and operations to optimize the onboarding process
• Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with team members, collaborating with other departments and Sr. Leadership.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for process improvements and develop and implement new strategies
• Utilize NPS data and responses to understand pain points and agent opinion
• Includes leadership of eXtend A Hand, which is should be a major culture driver
• Financial skills and business acumen to understand sales profitability and opportunities
• Research and reporting skills to analyze sales data and consumer trends to create sales forecasts
• Collaborate with company leadership on growth goals and priorities

How you will grab our attention:

• Project management experience and group leadership experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in a real estate leadership role preferred
• Advanced Microsoft Office experience and/or Google Suite required
• Advanced Mac and PC experience
• 10+ years of experience in large scale commercial senior level position, with real estate as a plus

Education:

• BA/BS in business or related field required and MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred
