Hims & Hers is looking for a thoughtful, strategic, and experienced SVP to lead our People Operations team as we continue to grow and scale. In this role, you will partner with and serve as a member of the senior leadership team. Leading a cross-functional team whose work touches all aspects of the business, you understand the importance of a well-developed and intentional processes to support the hiring, onboarding, and growth of Hims & hers.
Responsibilities

• Oversee the fundamental aspects of HR, including compensation, benefits, and HR systems, with an understanding and appreciation for varying cultural norms and regulatory practices around the world
• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Executive Leadership Team to build a world-class culture and successfully implement strategic solutions that support business growth, employee engagement and retention
• Lead the organization to deliver best-in-class people operations including recruiting and retention, performance management and development, onboarding, employee engagement, L&D, DE&I initiatives and employee relations

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
• 15+ years relevant HR experience including recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep where needed and make decisions based on data.
• High energy, high empathy, and clearly a cultural champion
• 7+ years prior management experience building and leading HR teams (and ideally recruiting teams as well), with an international scope. A true builder at heart!
• Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with senior business leaders, managers, and peers. You are a strong influencer and collaborator

Outlined below is a reasonable estimate of H&H’s compensation range for this role.
An estimate of the current salary range is $325,000 - $375,000. H&H also offers a comprehensive Total Rewards package that includes equity grants of restricted stock (RSU’s) so that H&H employees own a piece of our company.
The actual amount will take into account a range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and location.
