About Our Client
  • Phoenix-based General Contractor that for over a century, has seen changes in every aspect of construction. Clients across the country turn to them for general construction, design-build, construction management, structural concrete, and Innovative Concrete Systems.

  • Assist in ordering materials and supplies.
  • Determine needed site resources from start to finish with attention to the project budget.
  • Supervise the work of each project on-site and provide guidance as needed.
  • Plan all construction operations and schedule all work on-site to ensure deadlines will be met.
  • Negotiate all trade and vendor pricing per project to reach profitable agreements.
  • Strive for no-defect, no schedule delay construction.
  • Award all trade contracts and allocate their responsibilities.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on the job site.
  • Schedule deliveries on-site.
  • Communicate with the client daily about the project and be prepared to answer their questions.
  • Communicate quality and performance standards to all trade contractors and vendors.
  • Provide a daily client update including project progress report and photographs; keep a daily log of what took place on-site for each project.

The Successful Applicant
  • Track record of previous success within a reputable commercial GC
  • Ground-up experience is required
  • Willing to learn & grow within the company
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Experience working as a Superintendent on a number of multifamily project experience is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, as well as other software platforms
