Our regional office in Phoenix has an opening for an Account Manager to join our growing team. If you have experience in developing and maintaining relationships within customer portfolios, driving brand loyalty and growing a book of business all while meeting retention goals - then look no further. You just found your perfect opportunity! This position is ideal for the recent college grad who has a couple years of customer service/account management experience and is looking for their "next step" in their career.

  • Compensation package that includes a base salary, commission, and bonus (first year projected total earning between $50,000 and $70,000)

Responsibilities
  • Promoting additional products and specialty services to existing customers
  • Maintaining high customer retention rates that meet company standards
  • Coaching and supporting our franchise owners and their overall business development.
  • Coordinating the start-up of new accounts
  • Proficiently managing client accounts to ensure long-term customer satisfaction
  • Daily on-site interaction with customers
Requirements
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to focus on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional relationship management and problem solving skills
  • Stable work history
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Dynamic written and verbal communication skills
  • Note: Completion of your satisfactory background check, education verification and reference checks are required prior to employment.
  • 1-3 years of account management, customer service, or sales experience
