About Our Client
Are you a highly skilled and experienced project manager looking for a new opportunity with a leading national general contractor? Our company is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona.

• Collaborates with team to define construction requirements
• Upholds project standards and ensures specifications are met
• Conducts safety and quality control inspections
• Directs team and their activities relating to projects
• Maintains established contractual requirements to manage quality standards

The Successful Applicant

• Experience leading large-scale, ground-up projects of $25-60M+ in commercial markets, including High-Rise, Multifamily, and Hospitality
• Interpret contract documents, specifications, and project schedules
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or related field preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
